It's all fun and games until it's not.

Did you see how quickly that happened?

Chainlink fences that extend above the top rail are dangerous too!
Graphic Content Below: The images of the deer were sent to Kade's Krusaders by an animal rescue expert.  He is called out to care for fawns after the mother suffers an agonizing death.  These are a few of the scenes he has been called too.

Did you know that open picket fencing has been banned in many HOAs and municipalities because it was deemed dangerous?

Keep in mind that these are the injuries that have been reported by the news and were available to view with a simple Google search.  Many injuries and even deaths go unreported. There is no database with injuries and deaths listed in one location.  Kade's Krusaders has been told by conservation officers that fence companies stated they would continue to sell and install dangerous fence styles unless they were made to stop via laws.  Fence companies do not provide warnings or disclosures to consumers.  Many even market open picket fences as a safe option for playgrounds, homes with children, pools, and other high traffic children, family, wildlife, and pet areas.  This is despite so much evidence and many voices around the world advocating for change!
